Cancellations: Orders cancelled before they ship will be fully reimbursed, no questions asked. 

Returns: A book can be returned for any reason. We will reimburse the purchase price of the book upon delivery to our office. We do not reimburse shipping or taxes on returns. A restocking fee may be applied if the book is damaged in any way. Returns must be made within 1 year of purchase to qualify for reimbursement.

Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please enter your mailing address carefully when making a purchase.

United States: All orders will be shipped through USPS Media Mail. Orders will arrive within 2-11 business days after purchase.

Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the UK: All orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First-Class International. Orders will arrive within 6-15 business days after purchase. International customers may be required to pay a additional import fee by their local customs office (which is typically 5-10% of the value of goods sold).

International: For shipping outside of the regions listed above, please fill out the Vendor Application Form here for a free quote, or contact your local bookstore to place an order on your behalf. Due to VAT requirements, we cannot ship books directly to the EU.
